【摘 要】 目的：观察洁阴外洗方结合护理干预对老年性阴道炎患者的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年1月在本院就诊的64例老年性阴道炎患者作为临床观察的对象予以中药汤剂外洗结合护理干预观察其效果。结果：经过治疗后64例患者中显效46例(71.9%)，有效12例(18.8%)，无效6例(9.4%)，临床治疗总有效率为90.6%，经随访发现， 有3例患者复发， 其复发率为4.7%。结论：洁阴外洗方结合人性化护理对老年性阴道炎患者的效果较佳。
